• Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) mapping
• Access to EU registries and data sources

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended solely for:

• Licensed financial institutions
• Regulated entities subject to KYC/AML requirements
• Corporate clients in the banking and financial services sector

By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind your organization to these Terms.

4. User Accounts and Security

4.1 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

• Your organization is responsible for all activities under your account
• You may designate authorized users within your organization

• On-premise deployment options ensure data remains within your infrastructure
• Cloud deployments maintain data within EU territories
• We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest

6. Acceptable Use

• You are solely responsible for final compliance and credit decisions

8.2 Human Oversight

• You must maintain human oversight ("human-in-the-loop") for all critical decisions

• The Service does not replace professional judgment or regulatory obligations

8.3 No Guarantee

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs
• External data sources may contain errors or outdated information
• You assume all risk associated with decisions based on Service outputs

9. Regulatory Compliance

• You remain solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• You must conduct independent due diligence as required by regulators

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• You acknowledge that the Service is a tool to assist, not replace, human judgment
• We are not liable for decisions you make based on Service outputs
• You bear sole responsibility for compliance failures or incorrect credit decisions

11. Term and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, your account becomes delinquent, or as required by law. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service. We will provide data export capabilities for a reasonable period.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting on-premise deployments require mutual agreement.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and applicable EU regulations. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bulgarian courts. Disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation.
